The Gorosei, as always, are lurking in the shadows, pulling the strings. They are always evil. Their casual cruelty is chilling. They seem to embody everything wrong with the World Government, don't you think?

They are the definition of evil and no one can tell me the opposite! This is one of the things that makes the manga so fun!
